2. Color Photocopy of diploma of TKA University that has been signed and stamped by the University
3. Color Photocopy of Curiculum Vitae (CV) that has been signed
4. Color Photocopy of Work Experience Letter signed by HRD Manager on stamp duty and stamped by Company
5. Original Domicile Letter in Indonesia
6. Scan Photos (Red Background)
7. Certificate of Work from the previous Company (Packlaring)
8. Foreign Workers Insurance in Japan / in Indonesia
